The choise of a reason

What’s the reason, if after so many years of travel and experiences, accrues the desire to put them on a blog? We asked the question several times, and the answer was always the same ... passion and curiosity.

Passion. The thing that pushed us yesterday, and still pushes us to make sacrifices and waivers, in order to be able to spend maximum time and resources to our pleasures of life: traveling, eating and drinking.

Curiosity. The engine and the sense of everything. Visiting a place, having dinner on a famous restaurant or tasting an important wine with only purpose of being able to tell everyone that you did, for us it’s truly limiting ... there is no experience that makes sense if you don't go to home enriched with something, also small and marginal aspect.

Breathe the atmosphere of a wonderful place watching the details that make it unique, talk with the people who live it, know the stories about creators of a great dish or a famous wine. Small things, but that added together can enrich us, increase our knowledge, rise us and in some ways make us better.
